This little book packs a powerhouse of motivation for those of us who need to tackle our cravings and weight issues. Sometimes motivation is the hardest part -- and Lysa really pushes some effective buttons to fire up the 'WANT TO' for making healthy choices.
Written clearly and with great honesty and HUMOR ... a nice blend. Right on Bible Study guide -- and from my perspective at the end of DAY THREE ... this is good 'stuff' and very helpful.
